Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from Malaysia using eco-friendly packaging, often recycled to minimize waste and environmental impact.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). A tracking email will be sent once your order is fulfilled.
Please ensure that a valid phone number is provided at checkout, as our courier partners may need to contact you for delivery arrangements.
Local Delivery
- For deliveries to West Malaysia, we offer a flat rate of RM8 via DHL eCommerce. Delivery takes 1-4 working days.
- For deliveries to East Malaysia, a flat rate of RM14 applies, via DHL eCommerce/Poslaju, with an estimated delivery time of 2-14 working days.

Please note that a signature is required upon delivery. Ensure someone is available to sign for the package. In case of missed delivery and return to us, additional charges will apply for redelivery.
Regional Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping from Malaysia, using DHL Express/FedEx International Priority and Pos Malaysia.
- For customers in Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia, standard shipping is available at a flat rate of RM40 (delivery time: 3-5 days). At this moment, we regret to inform you that we do not offer shipping outside of Asia.
- A tracking number will be emailed after shipment, allowing you to monitor your delivery.
- We ship only to valid street addresses (no P.O. Boxes), as signature confirmation is required. P.O. Box shipments may face delays and additional address correction charges.
- Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or related fees are the responsibility of the customer or recipient upon entry into their country.
Returns and Refunds Policy
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been completed.
We do not provide refunds for damages incurred during shipping.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at ms.paper1207@gmail.com, including your order number and photos of the item's condition.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund for the item price, excluding shipping costs.
